Group Golf Outings

Golf outings are welcome at the Foss Park Golf Course. A great atmosphere and opportunity awaits you in hosting your next golf outing or tournament at the Foss Park Golf Course. The staff at the golf course will strive to make your day a memorable one.

Any groups of 13 golfers or more may request a to reserve a starting time in advance of our regular reservation policy through a Golf Outing Reservation Form along with meeting some other requirements.

Weekday golf outings must be done with the first tee by 12:00PM.
Weekend golf outings have a starting time of 1:00PM or later.

Golf outings are based on 18 hole rounds, but 9 hole events can be arranged based on day of the week and time of day. Every golf outing will be considered on its own merit and approved on an individual basis.

Golf outings that are requesting a shotgun format, starting on both tees, and any other special requests, must be submitted in writing for approval by the Foss Park Board of Commissioners. All special request letters must be attached to the Golf Outing Reservation Form.

All fees are based on 18 hole rates. Any specials, resident rates, junior/senior rates, or discount cards/coupons are not valid for golf outings. The discounted rate for 40 or more golfers is only valid for 18 hole events. Season passes are honored if they are valid at the time of the golf outing tee times.

PRACTICE AREA

There is a large putting/chipping green available for your use along with a driving range with a grass teeing area and mats for inclement weather.

ON COURSE MARKERS

We offer the use of proximity markers to your group to have events such as closest to the pin, long drive, etc. These items must be requested on the Golf Outing Reservation Form.

BOOKING

All Golf Outing Reservation Forms must be completed and submitted with a $500 deposit. The full deposit amount will be deducted from the total fees for your golf outing when full payment is made. We ask for three dates in case your first choice is not available. Golf outings are booked on a first come first serve basis. All special needs or requests must be included on the form in order to be considered.

GUARANTEES

The final number of players must be confirmed with the golf course at least 10 days prior to the date of your event. If final numbers are not confirmed, the estimated numbers on the reservation form will be considered the final numbers. The golf outing is responsible for the fees for the number of golfers confirmed in final numbers. There will only be a 10% no show allowance. This is done in order that we maximize our tee times.

PAYMENTS

The outing chairman is responsible for all payments to the golf course. All charges are due and payable from the outing chairman prior to the first tee time, unless prior arrangements are made. Foss Park Golf Course will not accept individual or third party checks.
